Purchase raffle tickets and win a chance to own the products above. Winning tickets will be selected via live streaming event on Meta and Instagram (date tba). Winners will be posted on our website, as well as our Facebook and Instagram pages.

You do not have to be present to win, though you must arrange for pickup or shipping (at your own expense). You must be 21 years of age or older to participate, with the exception of 18 to 21 year-old active military or veterans discharged under honorable conditions.

FIREARMS: All firearms will be transferred in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Any eligible winner must abide by such laws regarding the transfer of firearms as a condition to receiving their prize.

Firearms will not be collected directly from SDHR personnel or SDHR facilities. They are currently stored at a partner FFL/SOT.

Any raffle participant winning a firearm MUST be legally able to possess the specific firearm in compliance with federal, state, and local laws, and must pass a federal background check. The winner is responsible for all taxes and transfer fees.

Anyone winning a firearm must provide SDHR with a photo ID, telephone number, and email address. This information will then be provided to our partner, Brothers In Arms (BiA), a licensed FFL/SOT. It will be the responsibility of the winning participant to visit or contact BiA during normal business hours to collect their prize. This will require the completion of an ATF Form 4473 and the appropriate mandatory background check.

Should a winner be found ineligible for a firearm transfer, a new ticket will be drawn, and a new winner will be announced. No replacement or refund will be made for the original winning ticket.
