Volunteer

If you’re an energetic, optimistic, self-motivated hard worker who wants to make memories and help enrich the lives of young people, AND you want to help save horses from the threat of slaughter, Swingin’ D Horse Rescue needs YOU.

Volunteers should expect to:

• Get dirty
• Help lead camp activities (e.g. physical fitness, games, art, cooking, fishing, handling farm animals).
• Help campers thrive, play, laugh, and make friends.
• Attend a one-day orientation the day before camp begins.
• Interview and receive a background check before attending camp.
• Participate in on-line training before camp.
